Your Personal Essence is a map of your inner world. A reflection of the core of who you are, and the soil from which your creativity, dreams, and ideas sprout. It’s a tool to sharpen your self awareness, recognize patterns that block you from the progress you most desire, and a home to return to whenever you get knocked off your center.
In this two week adventure, you’ll answer questions about yourself you may never have thought of, traverse the various chapters and stories of your life, and leave feeling a greater sense of trust in who you are, and where you're headed (in a "can't go back" kind of way).
