Inner Architecture (for teams)
What would it look like to design organizations where people don’t just survive work - but come alive in it?
This question has taken us on a winding and joyful journey through brand strategy, psychology, energetics, the science of creativity, regenerative systems, and more. What’s emerged is what we believe will guide the future of work. We call it the Essence-Led Organization.
At its core, it’s about designing workplaces around the truth of who people are - not their titles or the roles they play. It uncovers the unique spirit and subconscious motivations of every individual - founder to intern - and clarifies how they might grow both in relation to and independent of the essence of the organization. When people live in their essence, trust returns, creativity flows, teams align, and growth follows.
Inner Architecture for teams takes every person on your team - from founder to intern through our proprietary process. And then goes a step further – providing analysis into what the team’s core strengths are, what shadows can be used to sharpen growth, and how fostering individual development can be built into organizational success.
What this work is
An Inner Architecture is a map of an individual’s inner world. Through verbal processing and personal excavation, we distill who they are into a living document that serves as a source of truth for grounding, decision-making, and expansion. (PSA: This is not a personality test, therapy, or coaching).
The team offering pairs each architecture with custom team analytics and guidance on implementing essence-based growth within a team’s existing infrastructure and brand strategy.
